Revolution for dealerships: test licence plates do not go on registered cars

The test plate cannot be used on registered cars: the recent Court of Cassation (III Sezione Civile, nr. 17665 of 25/8/2020) is a kind of bomb for the car sector because in fact garages and dealerships have been working for years using (for tests or demonstrations) cars in repair or on sale with the test plate.
